Research status and development trend of press mechanism for silage round baler

青贮圆捆机压捆机构研究现状与发展趋势

Abstract: In order to accommodate the application needs of forage straw fodder, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of forage straw resources as well as improve the ecological environment and enhance the economic benefits of crops, it is necessary to further improve the mechanization degree of forage straw recycling and storage. According to the application status quo of the main silage round baler at home and abroad, the paper analyzes and researches the technical working principle and characteristics of different models, and comes to the conclusion that at present the silage round baler generally exists, such as the density of forage baling is not high, the operating system has low degree of intelligence and other problems, and puts forward the development trend of the future development trend of the silage round baler's baling mechanism and the related problems countermeasures suggestions: increase front and rear bin closing pressure and friction between the forage and the steel roller belt to increase bale density; Apply the remote sensing technology, real‑time monitoring technology, hydraulic control technology and so on to the research and development of the round bale machine in order to improve the degree of its intellectualization.

摘要: 为适应牧草秸秆青贮饲料化的应用需求,提高牧草秸秆资源的综合利用率,改善生态环境和提高作物经济效益,需要进一步提高牧草秸秆回收储存机械化程度。根据国内外主要青贮圆捆机的应用现状,对不同机型的技术工作原理和特点进行分析研究。指出目前青贮圆捆机普遍存在草料压捆密度不高、操作系统智能化程度低等问题;提出增加草料与钢辊、皮带间的摩擦力及前后仓之间的闭合压力以提高草捆密度,将远程遥感技术、实时监测技术、液压控制技术等运用到圆捆机的研发当中以提高其智能化程度等未来青贮圆捆机压捆机构的发展趋势。
