Abstract: The cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Jiangsu bears the major responsibility of agricultural modernization in Jiangsu, but there are many problems such as prominent chain breaking phenomenon and high ineffective energy consumption. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the collaborative development of lowcarbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Jiangsu from three aspects as main operation coordination, circulation coordination and resource coordination. Secondly, the method of interpretive structural model is used to establish the adjacency matrix, calculate the reachable matrix and divide the 21 influencing factors into different levels, an 8-layer interpretive structural model is finally obtained, and the model is analyzed from the surface, middle and deep levels. Finally, in view of the above research, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of increasing policy support, cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening infrastructure, constructing cold chain logistics network and system, promoting cold chain green and lowcarbon development, key technology innovation and etc..

摘要: 江苏生鲜农产品冷链物流承担着江苏农业现代化的重大责任,存在断链现象突出、无效能耗高等多种问题。首先从主体运作协同、流通环节协同以及资源协同三个方面分析江苏生鲜农产品低碳冷链物流协同发展现状。其次,运用解释结构模型方法,对21项影响因素通过建立邻接矩阵、计算可达矩阵以及进行层级划分,最终得到一个8层的解释结构模型,并从表层、中层和深层三个层次分析该模型。最后,针对上述研究提出加大政策支持,培育龙头企业;夯实基础设施,构建冷链物流网络与体系以及推进冷链绿色低碳发展及关键技术创新等对策建议。
