 机械化对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响研究——基于技术的双重路径效应

Study on the impact of mechanization on agricultural green total factor productivity: Dual path effect based on technology

摘要:

农业机械作为先进生产力的代表,在山地丘陵生产区所发挥的具体效用和作用路径尚不清晰,分析和探讨其影响及作用路径对推动“农业强国”战略具有现实意义。因此,基于福建省9个地级市2011—2021年的面板数据,采用Metafrontier Malmquist Luenberger指数法和DIFF—GMM估计,实证检验福建省农业机械化对农业绿色全要素生产率的“双重路径效应”。结果表明:福建省农业绿色全要素生产率的年平均增长率为2.35%,其增长主要得益于农业技术进步和技术效率提升;福建省农业机械化具有正向的水平效应和增长效应,表明福建省农业机械化的“双重路径”效应显著存在。一是既可以从“效率路径”来促进农业各生产要素之间实现最优配置,使得当期农业机械化水平对农业生产的正向产出效应大于滞后一期农业机械化水平的负向要素替代效应,从而提升农业绿色全要素生产率水平。二是可以从“技术路径”来促进生产管理水平提升和农业生产技术进步,使得农业绿色全要素生产率水平及其增长率持续增长。为此,提出推动农业机械化发展阶段跨越、强化新型农机装备技术创新、加大农机服务人才队伍培育力度和完善农机相关政策制度精确性和指向性等建议。

Abstract:

Agricultural machinery, as a key component of advanced production forces, plays a significant but not yet fully understood role in hilly agricultural areas.Analyzing and exploring its impact and contribution is critical for advancing the “Agricultural Power” strategy. This study empirically examined the “double path effect” of agricultural mechanization on agricultural green TFP in Fujian Province, using panel data from nine prefectural cities over the period from 2011 to 2021.The Metafrontier Malmquist Luenberger index method and differential GMM estimation were employed for the analysis. The findings are as follows: Between 2011 and 2021, the average annual increase in agricultural green TFP in Fujian Province was 2.35%, primarily driven by advances in agricultural technology and efficiency improvements. Agricultural mechanization in Fujian Province has positive level and growth effects, confirming the significant “dual path” effect. First, the “efficiency path” facilitates the optimal combination of production factors, ensuring that the positive output effects of agricultural machinery in the current period outweigh the negative factor substitution effects of agricultural machinery in subsequent periods, thereby enhancing agricultural green TFP. Second, the “technology path” promotes management improvements and technological advancements in production, thereby contributing to sustained growth in both the level and rate of increase in agricultural green TFP. Based on these findings,the study recommends promoting the staged development of agricultural mechanization,strengthening technological innovation of new agricultural machinery and equipment, fostering the training of agricultural machinery service personnel, and refining the precision and orientation of policies and systems related to agricultural machinery.
