摘要: 机械化是农业现代化的重要组成,其与生态效率的作用关系对于农业可持续发展意义重大。构建甘肃省农业机械化综合水平评价指标体系,运用超效率SBM模型计算甘肃省农业生态效率,最后利用Tobit回归模型探究两者的影响关系。结果表明:甘肃省农业机械化综合水平稳步提升,农业机械化综合水平得分由0.288 3上升至0.746 3,机械化综合得分呈现持续上升的趋势;甘肃省农业生态效率在观察期内先下降后上升,2014年达到历史最低点(0.627 3),之后甘肃省逐渐重视农业绿色高质量发展,农业生态效率不断上升;农业机械化综合水平作为核心解释变量与农业期望产出和非期望产出均存在较强的线性关系,影响方向有正有负,但最终表现为对农业生态效率改善的显著正向推动作用。基于以上结论,甘肃省发展绿色现代农业应加快高适应性清洁节能农业机械研发、推广智慧精准农业、提高农业生产各环节机械化应用水平、培养农民绿色生产意识、推进农村城镇化进程。

Abstract: Mechanization is an important component of agricultural modernization, and its relationship with ecological efficiency is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture. An evaluation index system for the comprehensive level of agricultural mechanization in Gansu Province was constructed, the super-efficiency SBM model was used to calculate the agricultural eco-efficiency of Gansu Province, finally, the Tobit regression model was used to explore the influence relationship between the two. The results showed that the comprehensive level of agricultural mechanization in Gansu Province improved steadily, the comprehensive level score of agricultural mechanization increased from 0.288 3 to 0.746 3, and the comprehensive score of mechanization showed a continuous rising trend. During the observation period, the agricultural eco-efficiency in Gansu Province first decreased and then increased, reaching a historical low point (0.627 3) in 2014. Since then, Gansu Province gradually attached importance to the green and high-quality development of agriculture, and the agricultural ecoefficiency kept rising. The comprehensive level of agricultural mechanization as the core explanatory variable had a strong linear relationship with both desired and undesired agricultural outputs, with both positive and negative directions of influence, but ultimately manifesting itself as a significant positive contribution to the improvement of agroecological efficiency. Based on the above conclusions, the development of green modern agriculture in Gansu Province should accelerate the research and development of high adaptability, clean and energy-saving agricultural machinery, promote intelligent and precise agriculture, improve the application level of mechanization in all aspects of agricultural production, cultivate farmers' awareness of green production, and accelerate the process of rural urbanization.
