辣椒复脱装置设计与试验

摘要: 针对辣椒收获中辣椒未脱净率较高的问题,设计一种辣椒复脱装置,可有效将椒秆与果实分离。对装置关键部分进行设计与分析,确定复脱滚筒与钉齿的结构参数,分析复脱装置工作时物料的受力情况。以主动滚筒转速、钉齿排布间隙、钉齿长度为试验因素,辣椒未脱净率为试验指标,设计BoxBehnken试验;分析表明当主动滚筒转速268r/min、钉齿排布间隙114mm、钉齿长度78mm时工作效果最佳,在此条件下进行验证试验,辣椒未脱净率为491%,满足行业要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high unpeeled rate of peppers in pepper harvesting, a pepper reremoval device was designed to effectively separate pepper stalks from fruits. The key parts of the device were designed and analyzed, the structural parameters of the reverting drum and nail teeth were determined, and the force of the material during the working of the reverting device was analyzed. The BoxBehnken test was designed with active drum speed, nail tooth arrangement gap and nail tooth length as the test factors, and the unpeeled rate of pepper as the test index. The analysis showed that the working effect was best when the active drum speed was 268 r/min, the nail tooth arrangement gap was 114 mm, and the nail tooth length was 78 mm, and the verification test was carried out under these conditions, and the unpeeled rate of pepper was 4.91%, which met the industry requirements.
