11JF-1.2型棉花秸秆饲料化发酵机试验及参数优化

Experiment and  parameter optimization of 11JF-1.2 cotton straw feedingfermentation machine

摘要: 为提高11JF-1.2型棉花秸秆饲料化发酵机的工作性能,保证输出物料的质量,对该机具工作参数进行优化。通过开展单因素试验和正交试验,并运用 DesignExpert 10.0软件对试验所得数据进行响应面优化分析。试验结果表明:各因素对评价指标的贡献率从大到小依次为主轴转速、物料密度、加热机温度,通过软件中的优化求解功能得到最佳工作参数组合为主轴转速5r/min、物料密度176.5kg/m3、加热机温度39.5℃。根据得到的最优参数组合进行试验验证,含水率方差平均值为1.009,发酵温度平均值为36.9℃,优化后机具性能提升明显且满足设计要求。

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of 11JF-1.2 cotton straw feedingfermentation machine and ensure the quality of output materials, the working parameters of the machine were optimized. By carrying out singlefactor tests and orthogonal tests and using DesignExpert 10.0 software, response surface optimization analysis was carried out on the data obtained from the test. The test results show that the contribution rate of each factor to the evaluation index, from largest to smallest, was spindle speed, material density, and heater temperature. Through the optimization and solving function in the software, the optimal combination of working parameters was spindle speed at 5r/min, material density at 176.5kg/m3, and heater temperature at 39.5℃. According to the obtained optimal parameter combination, the average moisture content variance is 1.009, and the average fermentation temperature is 36.9℃. After optimization, the performance of the machine was significantly improved and met the design requirements.
