辣椒切片机设计与试验

Design and experiment of pepper slicer

摘要: 针对新疆地区辣椒烘干时间长、人工切片效率低、工作量大等问题,设计一种辣椒切片机。通过理论分析与参数计算确定辣椒切片机的关键部件结构和工作参数,运用性能试验,选取影响辣椒切片机工作性能的切割圆盘转速、输送带线速度和切割圆盘高度为试验因素,以切片完整度为试验指标,进行二次旋转正交组合试验,建立试验指标与影响因素回归模型,确定辣椒切片机最优作业参数组合为切割圆盘转速118 r/min,输送带线速度0.5 m/s,切割圆盘高度10 mm。通过试验验证,在该最优参数组合下,切片完整度为97.85%,与模型预测结果基本一致,相较人工切片效率提高344%,可满足新疆地区辣椒切片作业要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of long drying time, low manual slicing efficiency, and heavy workload in Xinjiang area, a pepper slicer was designed. The key structure and working parameters of the pepper slicer was determined through theoretical analysis and parameter calculation. Through the performance test, the speed and the height of cutting disc and the linear speed of conveyor belt were selected as independent variables. The structural integrity of slices of chilli was used as the test index. The secondary rotation orthogonal combination test was carried out. A regression model of test index and influencing factors was established. The model showed that the optimal operating parameters of the pepper slicer were as follows: cutting disc speed 118 r/min, conveyor belt linear speed 0.5 m/s, cutting disc height 10 mm. Through experimental verification, under the optimal parameter combination, the slice integrity was 97.85%, which was basically consistent with the model prediction result. Compared with manual slicing, the efficiency is improved by 344%, which meets the requirements of pepper slicing operations in Xinjiang. This research can provide reference for the design of pepper slicer.
