蔬菜精整作畦联合播种机设计与试验

 Design and test of a bed seeder suitable for the whole mechanized production of vegetables in Shanghai

摘要: 上海蔬菜生产全程机械化还处于初级阶段,加上蔬菜种植品种多,种植方式差异大等因素,使得蔬菜机械发展难度较大。详细阐述悬挂式蔬菜精整作畦联合播种机的研制过程,对作畦滚筒及其高度调节机构、镇压滚筒机构、排种器进行设计。设计的作畦滚筒直径为160 mm且滚筒高度可调,镇压滚筒可随着畦面的高度变化自动调节,满足实际作业要求。排种器台架试验表明:在24~108 r/min这个转速范围内,转速对窝眼轮的充种率无直接影响,且调整不同传动比后?7×12和?5×12的窝眼轮均能满足播量要求。田间播种试验表明:多种种子的各行排量一致性都较为稳定,主、从动链轮齿数在18∶20时,鸡毛菜和菠菜每公顷播量分别为32 864 g和63 853 g,满足理论播量要求;茼蒿每公顷播量略低于理论值为20 015 g,但从生长情况和收割试验可知,该播量满足机械化收割要求。整机一次作业完成作畦、播种、覆土、镇压等多道工序,具有联合作业功能,工作效率是人工的9.2倍,是传统先作畦后播种作业方式的2倍。

Abstract:  The mechanization of vegetable production in Shanghai is still in its infancy. In addition, there are many varieties of vegetables and different planting methods, which make it difficult to develop vegetable machinery. This paper describes in detail the development process of the hanging type vegetable finishing joint seeder and introduces the design of the roller and its height adjusting mechanism, the suppression roller mechanism. The diameter of the cylinder was 160 mm and the height was adjustable. The cylinder could be adjusted automatically with the change of the height of the bed surface to meet the requirements of the actual operation. The seed metering device test showed that the revolving speed had no direct effect on the seed filling rate of the socket wheel within the speed range of 24-108 r/min. Field seeding tests showed that the row displacement consistency of various seeds was stable. When the number of main and driven sprocket teeth was 18∶20, the per hectare seeding amount of Chinese little greens and spinach was 32 864 g and 63 853 g, which met the theoretical seeding amount requirements. The per hectare seeding amount of garland chrysanthemum was slightly lower than the theoretical sowing rate of 20 015 g, but it met the requirements of seeding amount and mechanized harvest from the growth and harvest test. The machine could complete bedding, seeding, covering, pressing, and other processes at one time, which had joint operation function. The working efficiency of the whole machine was 9.2 times that of manual work, and 2 times that of the traditional operation mode of first bedding and then seeding.
