蓝莓采摘机械化现状与装备研究进展

Abstract: The abstract should be informative giving the scope and emphasize the main conclusions, results, or significance of the work described. The scale of the blueberry industry in China is expanding continuously, but artificial harvesting is the primary method. The low efficiency of this method has seriously restricted the high-quality development of our country's blueberry industry. Research on mechanization picking technology and equipment has become an essential way to improve the quality and efficiency of the blueberry industry in China and enhance the competitiveness of the international market. This manuscript introduces the distribution characteristics of the main areas of blueberry and studies the picking methods of the main areas. The mechanized equipment picking blueberries at home and abroad was compared and analyzed using two aspects of the picking method and mechanized equipment research. This paper expounds on the technical gap of mechanized picking of blueberries at home and abroad and clarifies the development needs and critical points of mechanized picking technology of blueberries in China. It puts forward the key breakthrough of the blueberry picker's comprehensive adaptability chassis technology, low loss and high-efficiency vibration harvesting technology, intelligent blueberry picking technology, to realize the experimental demonstration and promotion of agronomic integration based on agricultural machinery. Make up for the shortcomings of the mechanical picking of blueberry, and provide a reference for promoting the research and development of mechanical picking technology and equipment upgrading of blueberry in China.

摘要: 我国蓝莓产业规模不断扩大,但以人工采收方式为主,作业效率低下,严重制约我国蓝莓产业的高质量发展。机械化采摘技术与装备研究成为我国蓝莓产业提质增效、增强国际市场竞争力的重要途径之一。介绍蓝莓主产区分布特点,研究蓝莓主产区采摘方式。从采摘方式和机械化装备研究方面,对比分析国内外蓝莓采摘机械化装备的现状;阐明国内外蓝莓机械化采摘技术差距,明确当前我国蓝莓机械化采摘技术发展需求及要点,提出重点突破蓝莓采摘机广适性底盘技术、低损高效振动采收技术、智能化蓝莓采摘技术等,实现基于农机农艺融合试验示范与推广,补齐蓝莓机械化采摘短板,为促进我国蓝莓机械化采摘技术研发、装备升级提供借鉴和参考。
