Research status and prospect of vegetable waste crushing equipment in China

我国蔬菜废弃物粉碎设备研究现状及展望

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of vegetable planting area in China, how to efficiently deal with a large amount of waste (tail vegetable) generated in the process of vegetable production has become a key issue of environmental protection and resource recycling. This paper systematically reviews the current research status of vegetable waste crushing technologies in China, providing a detailed introduction to the technical characteristics of hammertype, bladetype, and disctype crushers. It further explores the main challenges in vegetable waste treatment, including energy efficiency, intelligence, multifunctionality, and environmental adaptability. In addition, the paper analyzes methods for improving crushing efficiency and quality through blade design optimization and the introduction of intelligent load control systems. Drawing on existing research findings, it summarizes future directions for the development of vegetable waste crushing equipment, specifically advocating for the design of more adaptive, energyefficient, and intelligent crushing devices. Such advancements aim to facilitate the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources and offer both theoretical and practical insights for the progression of vegetable waste treatment technologies.

摘要: 随着我国蔬菜种植面积的持续扩大,如何高效处理蔬菜生产过程中产生的大量废弃物(尾菜)已成为环境保护与资源循环利用的关键问题。系统回顾我国蔬菜废弃物粉碎技术的研究现状,详细介绍锤式、刀片式、盘式等粉碎机的技术特性,并探讨蔬菜废弃物处理面临的主要挑战,包括能效、智能化、多功能性和环境适应性。分析通过优化刀片设计、引入智能负荷控制系统等创新手段来提升粉碎效率与质量的方法,结合现有技术的研究成果,总结未来蔬菜废弃物粉碎设备的发展方向,包括研发适应性更强、能效更高的智能化粉碎设备,以期推动农业资源的可持续利用,为蔬菜废弃物处理技术的发展提供理论和实践参考。
