Abstract: In view of the lack of feeding mechanism and parameter optimization of domestic selfpropelled total mixed ration preparation machine, the feeding mechanism of selfpropelled total mixed ration preparation machine was designed and analyzed, the theoretical model of feeding operation was established, and the key parameters such as screw pitch, screw blade diameter, roller speed, forward speed, feed per blade and feed blade length ratio were calculated and selected. EDEM was used to simulate and analyze the factors affecting the forward speed, roller speed, spiral blade pitch and blade length ratio by orthogonal test scheme, and the simulation results were analyzed by variance analysis. The analysis showed that the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the feed efficiency was as follows: forward speed, spiral blade pitch, blade length ratio, and roller speed. The primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the return rate was as follows: spiral blade pitch, blade length ratio, roller speed, and forward speed. Considering the feed efficiency and reflux rate, the optimal parameters were as follows: the forward speed was 4 m/min, the screw pitch of the spiral blade was 230 mm, the edge length ratio of the feed cutter was 1.8, and the speed of the feed roller was 230 r/min. At this time, the feed efficiency was 82.6 m3/h and the reflux rate was 38.93%. The experiment was carried out by using the optimal parameter combination. The experimental results showed that the reclaiming efficiency was 77.02 m3/h and the reflux rate was 3976%, which was basically consistent with the simulation analysis.

摘要: 针对国内自走式全混合日粮制备机缺乏取料机理和参数优化的现状,对自走式全混合日粮制备机的取料机构进行设计与分析,建立了取料作业的理论模型,并对螺旋叶片螺距、螺旋叶片直径、辊筒转速、前进速度、每刃进给量和取料刃长比等关键参数进行了计算和选取。采用EDEM对影响取料过程的前进速度、辊筒转速、螺旋叶片螺距、刀刃长比因素采用正交试验方案进行了仿真分析,并对仿真结果进行方差分析。分析表明,各因素对取料效率影响的主次顺序为:前进速度、螺旋叶片螺距、刀刃长比、辊筒转速,各因素对回流率影响的主次顺序为:螺旋叶片螺距、刀刃长比、辊筒转速、前进速度。综合考虑取料效率和回流率,最优参数组合为前进速度为4 m/min、螺旋叶片螺距230 mm、取料刀刃长比1.8、取料辊筒转速230 r/min。此时取料效率为82.6 m3/h,回流率为38.93%。采用最优参数组合进行试验,试验测得取料效率为77.02 m3/h,回流率为39.76%,与仿真分析基本一致。
