新疆农田残膜污染治理技术与防控策略

摘要: 地膜覆盖技术为作物增温保湿提供可靠保障,推动我国农业发展。随着地膜使用量不断增加,“白色污染”问题日益严峻,严重影响农业环境和美好家园,污染治理是一个系统工程。分析农田残膜污染的由来和危害,总结现有治理措施主要是以“农机—农艺—农膜”结合的方式,其中农机有滚筒式、弹齿式和搂扒式残膜回收机,农艺包括农业信息技术、生物技术和可持续发展技术的应用,农膜方面主要减少使用超薄地膜、加强回收力度。最后结合国内和新疆当地残膜污染治理技术和资源化利用的相关立法和政策,对目前残膜污染治理和资源化利用领域的技术特点和发展方向进行展望,并提出在新疆地区切实可行的治理技术和防控策略。

Abstract: The technology of plastic film mulching provides a reliable guarantee for crop warming and moisturizing and promotes the development of agriculture in China. With the increasing use of plastic film, the problem of “white pollution” is becoming more and more serious, which affects the agricultural environment and the beautiful home. Pollution control is a systematic project. This article analyzed the origin and harm of farmland remnants of membrane fouling, summarizes the existing control measures, mainly “agricultural machineryagricultureagricultural” films, including agricultural machinery with drum, springtooth and hug steak type residual film recycling machine. Agronomy includes the application of agricultural information technology, biotechnology and sustainable development technology. In terms of agricultural film, the use of ultrathin plastic film is mainly reduced and recycling efforts are strengthened. Finally, combined with domestic and local legislation and policies on residual membrane pollution treatment technology and resource utilization, the current technical characteristics and development direction in the field of residual membrane pollution treatment and resource utilization were prospected. Feasible treatment technology and prevention and control strategies in Xinjiang were put forward.
