摘要: 为研究弧形扎膜钉齿设计合理性和作业可靠性的问题,采用理论分析的方法研究弧形扎膜钉齿在土壤中的受力情况,并基于Ansys有限元分析软件对其进行模态仿真与静力学仿真,最后根据田间试验结果验证设计与仿真试验的合理性。通过理论分析可知,弧形扎膜钉齿结构参数和机具牵引力对其在土壤中运动时的受力情况影响显著;通过对弧形扎膜钉齿的模态分析可知,其1阶固有频率为788.15 Hz,远大于外界激励频率,弧形扎膜钉齿不会发生共振;通过对弧形扎膜钉齿的静力学分析可知,弧形扎膜钉齿的最大变形为6.705 8 mm,最大应变为3.889 2×10-3 mm/mm,最大等效应力为466.27 MPa;通过田间试验结果表明残膜回收机的残膜捡拾率均值为58.53%,脱膜率均值为98.14%,弧形扎膜钉齿的设计达到预期目标,工作满足实际作业要求,强度也满足实际工作需求。本研究可为新型残膜回收机的设计提供基础。

Abstract:  To study the design rationality and operation reliability of arcshaped film binding nail teeth, this paper studies the stress of arcshaped film binding nail teeth in soil by theoretical analysis method and carries out modal simulation and static simulation based on Ansys finite element analysis software. Finally, a field test is provided to verify the rationality of the design after the simulation test. According to the theoretical analysis, the structural parameters of the arcshaped film binding nail teeth and the traction force of the machine have a significant impact on the force when it moves in the soil. According to the modal analysis of the arcshaped film binding nail teeth, the first natural frequency is 788.15 Hz. The results show that the maximum deformation is 6.705 8 mm, the maximum strain is 3.889 2×10-3 mm/mm, and the maximum equivalent stress is 466.27 MPa. The field test results show that the average pickup rate of residual film of the residual film recycling machine is 58.53%, and the average film removal rate is 98.14%. The design of arc film lifting nail teeth achieves the expected goal, the work meets the actual operation requirements, and the strength also meets the actual work requirements. This research can provide a basis for designing a new type of residual film recovery machine.
