弧线往复式挑膜滚筒凸轮润滑机构设计与试验

Design and test of cam lubrication mechanism for arc reciprocating residual film pick roller

摘要: 为解决弧线往复式挑膜滚筒凸轮机构难以润滑的问题,分析弧线往复式挑膜滚筒的工作原理,通过对摆臂、滚环轴、油嘴、滚环分别进行结构优化,设计出一种可以同时对凸轮盘内壁和滚环内部进行润滑的滚环润滑机构。采用分段时长作业的方法分别对优化前后的两种滚环结构进行田间对比试验。试验结果表明:使用润滑机构的滚环工作时长8h时,滚环内径的最大磨损量为0.71mm,最小磨损量为0.23mm,滚环外径最大磨损量为0.4mm,最小磨损量为0.25mm,润滑机构可以有效减少滚环磨损量。未经润滑的滚环,其近轴端磨损明显大于近盘端,而经过润滑后的滚环,磨损明显减轻,变化较平缓。近轴端磨损与近盘端磨损相比较,差别不明显。滚环自身相比较,滚环外径变化不明显,内径变化显著。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of difficult lubrication of cam mechanism of arc reciprocating film picking roller, this paper analyzes the working principle of arc reciprocating film picking roller, and through the structural optimization of the pendulum arm, roller ring shaft, oil nozzle, and roller ring respectively, a roller ring lubrication mechanism is designed, which can lubricate the inner wall of the cam disc and the inside of the roller ring at the same time. Comparative field tests of the two roller ring structures before and after optimization are carried out separately using segmented hourly operations. The test results show that the maximum wear of the inner diameter of the ring is 0.71 mm and the minimum wear is 0.23 mm, and the maximum wear of the outer diameter of the ring is 0.4 mm and the minimum wear is 0.25 mm when the roller ring with the lubrication mechanism is operated for 8 h. The lubrication mechanism can effectively reduce the wear of the ring. The unlubricated rollers have significantly greater wear near the shaft end than near the disk end, while lubricated rollers have significantly less wear and smoother changes. The difference between the near shaft end wear and the near disk end wear is not obvious. Comparing the rings themselves, the outer diameter of the ring does not change significantly, while the inner diameter changes significantly.
