残膜回收机机架有限元分析及优化

Finite element analysis and optimization of the frame of residual plastic film recycling machine

摘要: 针对残膜回收机的整机振动强烈、机架开裂等问题,运用ANSYS Workbench19.0软件对残膜回收机的机架进行静力学分析和约束模态分析,研究机架的静力学特性和模态特性,获得机架的固有频率、振型、阻尼等参数,并在此基础上采用正交试验设计的方法,以机架的左右边板厚度、主连接梁管厚、副支撑梁宽度为试验因素,第1、2阶固有频率为试验指标对其进行结构优化。当机架左右边板厚度为12 mm、主连接梁管厚为6 mm、副支撑梁宽度为70 mm时,机架的第1、2阶固有频率50.747 Hz、53.557 Hz不在外部激励频率范围(0.833~40 Hz)内,并且优化后的最大应力值降低3.295 MPa,优化前的最大振幅为17.642 mm,优化后的最大振幅为12.719 mm,降低了4.923 mm,有效避免共振现象的发生,优化前后的机架均满足刚度和强度要求。该研究可以为残膜回收机的机架设计、可靠性研究上提供理论参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of strong vibration of the whole machine and cracking of the frame, etc, by using ANSYS Workbench19.0 software, the statics and constrained modal analysis of the frame of the residual film recycling machine are carried out, the static and modal characteristics of the frame are studied, and the natural frequency, vibration mode, damping and other parameters of the frame are obtained, on this basis, the thickness of the left and right side plates of the frame, the thickness of the main connecting beam tube and the width of the auxiliary supporting beam are taken as the experimental factors by adopting the orthogonal experimental design method, the natural frequencies of the first and second order are used to optimize the structure. When the thickness of the left and right side plate of the frame is 12 mm, the thickness of the main connecting beam tube is 6 mm, and the width of the auxiliary supporting beam is 70 mm, the natural frequencies of the first and second order of the frame are 50.747 Hz and 53.557 Hz, which are not in the range of 0.833-40 Hz of the external excitation frequency, the maximum stress value after optimization is reduced by 3.295 MPa, and the maximum amplitude of 17.642 mm before optimization is reduced by 4.923 mm compared with the maximum amplitude of 12.719 mm after optimization, the frame before and after optimization meets the requirements of stiffness and strength. This study can provide theoretical reference for the design and reliability research of the frame of residual film recovery machine.
