操控因素影响下微耕机人机系统手传振动特性

Hand transmitted vibration characteristics of power tiller under the influence of grip force and engine speed

摘要: 微耕机在使用中存在剧烈振动问题,而目前微耕机手传振动特性及传递规律尚不明确。利用加速度传感器、薄膜压力传感器、转数表等设备,测试分析10名受试者操作微耕机时的手传振动特性,研究发动机三级转速水平及三种握力的操控因素影响下人机系统关键节点处振动强度特征及传递规律。结果表明,发动机转速对人机交互界面的振动强度起主导作用;握力的增大会造成手臂系统振动传递能力增强,并使得微耕机扶手架与操作者手臂系统振动耦合作用明显;手臂系统对微耕机手传振动表现出一定的低通滤波效果,其截止频率在100 Hz附近。该研究对微耕机振动综合病预防以及减振装置的研发等提供指导和依据。

Abstract: Operators of power tillers are exposed to highlevel handtransmitted vibration during working. However, the characteristics and transmission process of power tillers handtransmitted vibration are currently unclear. In this study, measurements of ten subjects were conducted to determine the characteristics of the power tillers handtransmitted vibration using accelerometers, thinfilm pressure sensors, revolution meters, and other equipment. The characteristics of vibration intensity and transmission process at key nodes of the manmachine system were comprehensively analyzed under three levels of engine speed and three levels of grip forces. The results demonstrate that the engine speed is the dominant factor in the vibration intensity of the operatorpower tiller interface. With the increase of grip force, the vibration transmission ability of the handarm system is enhanced. Meanwhile, the vibration coupling effect between the handlebar and the operators handarm system is more obvious. The handarm system has the effect of lowpass filtering during the transmission of the power tillers vibration, and its cutoff frequency is around 100 Hz. This research provides guidance and support for the prevention of vibration syndromes and the development of vibration isolators of power tillers.
