基于离散元法的扇贝肉壳分离直线振动筛仿真与试验

Simulation and experiment of linear vibrating screen for scallop meat and shell separation based on discrete element method

摘要: 为提高扇贝在蒸煮工序后肉壳分离的筛分效率和筛分质量,设计一种阶梯式直线振动筛分装置。首先,利用三维制图软件对直线振动筛进行结构设计与改进,然后,基于EDEM离散元仿真软件对扇贝物料在振动筛不同工艺参数下的筛分过程进行仿真模拟,通过仿真试验所得数据分析直线振动筛不同工艺参数对筛分效率的影响,以筛分效率及含杂率等评价指标对装置的工艺参数进行优化,最后,进行台架试验来验证仿真试验所得参数的可靠性。结果表明:当直线振动筛的振动频率为12 Hz、振幅为4 mm、振动方向角为30°、筛面倾角为6°时,筛分效率可以达到98%,含杂率不超过3%。本研究验证离散元仿真试验所得工艺参数的可靠性,为贝类海产品肉壳分离装置的效率分析和参数选取提供一定的借鉴与参考。

Abstract: In order to improve the screening efficiency and quality of scallop meat and shell separation after the steaming process, a stepped linear vibrating screen device was designed. Firstly, the structure of the linear vibrating screen was designed and improved using 3D drawing software. The screening process of scallop material under different process parameters of the vibrating screen was simulated based on EDEM discrete element simulation software. The impact of different process parameters of the linear vibrating screen on the screening efficiency was analyzed using the data obtained from simulation tests. The process parameters of the device were optimized using evaluation indicators such as screening efficiency and impurity rate. Finally, a bench test was carried out to verify the reliability of the parameters obtained from the simulation test. The results show that when the linear vibrating screen had a vibration frequency of 12 Hz, an amplitude of 4 mm, a vibration direction angle of 30°, and a screen inclination of 6°, the screening efficiency reached 98% and the impurity rate did not exceed 3%. The reliability of the process parameters obtained from the discrete element simulation experiments were verified. This paper provides a reference for the efficiency analysis and parameter selection of future shellfish flesh and shell separation devices.
