植烟沙壤土与触土部件相互作用的离散元仿真参数标定

Discrete element simulation parameter calibration for the interaction between vegetated sandy loam soil and soiltouching components

摘要: 为获取南方地区植烟沙壤土离散元模型的精准接触参数,以福建植烟沙壤土为研究对象,构建准确的植烟沙壤土离散元模型。基于HertzMindlin with JKR接触模型构建沙壤土堆积仿真试验,以堆积角为响应值,通过二水平因子试验、最陡爬坡试验和响应曲面试验,确定土壤基本接触参数。在此基础上通过土壤与触土部件相互作用的离散元仿真试验与土槽试验的对比分析,验证沙壤土仿真模型准确性。触土部件离散元仿真试验与土槽试验结果表明,触土部件所受扭矩仿真值与实测值曲线趋势大致相同,两者15个波峰平均值误差为9.45%,两者所受最大扭矩误差为11.48%,说明土壤模型准确可靠。构建准确的南方植烟沙壤土离散元模型,为该类型土壤与触土部件相互作用的动力学研究提供技术支持。

Abstract: In order to obtain accurate contact parameters for the discrete element model of tobaccoplanted sandy loam soil in the southern region, an accurate discrete element model of tobaccoplanted sandy loam soil in Fujian was constructed as the research object. Based on the HertzMindlin with JKR contact model, it was constructed the sandy loam mounding simulation test, and determined the basic contact parameters of soil by twolevel factor test, steepest climb test and response surface test with the mounding angle as the response value. On this basis, the accuracy of the sandy loam simulation model was verified by comparing the discrete element simulation test of soiltouching component interaction with the soil tank test. The results of the discrete element simulation test and the soil trench test showed that the simulated and measured torque values of the soil contact component were approximately the same, and the error of the average value of the 15 peaks was 9.45%, and the error of the maximum torque was 11.48%, which indicated that the soil model was accurate and reliable. This study constructs an accurate discrete element model for the southern planted sandy loam soil, which provides technical support for the study of the dynamics of the interaction between this type of soil and the soiltouching components.
