农机触土部件减粘脱附技术研究现状与展望

 Research status and prospect of adhesion reduction and desorption technology for agricultural machinery parts touching soil

摘要: 目前农机触土部件的减粘脱附问题仍困扰着国内外的专家学者,是一个亟待解决的技术难题。为给国内农机触土部件减粘脱附技术的发展提供参考,通过系统总结农业机械产生土壤粘附的原因,以及土壤粘附对农业机械作业时的影响情况下,着重从表面改形、表面改性、电渗减粘、机械减粘脱附与加热减粘脱附五个方面介绍目前国内外农业机械触土部件减粘脱附技术的研究现状,并将国内外研究现状进行对比,提出目前国内农机触土部件减粘脱附技术存在缺少综合性研究、对土壤粘附机理的研究以及高准确性的测试设备的问题。最后展望未来农机触土部件减粘脱附技术的发展方向在于加强学科交叉融合、加强土壤粘性消减技术研究以及加强多参数测试设备开发。

Abstract:  At present, the problem of adhesion reduction and desorption of soil touching parts of agricultural machinery is still perplexing experts and scholars at home and abroad, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently. In order to provide a reference for the development of adhesionreducing and desorption technology of soil contact parts of agricultural machinery in China, the causes of soil adhesion in agricultural machinery and the influence of soil adhesion on agricultural machinery operation were systematically summarized. This paper mainly introduces the current research status of adhesion reduction and desorption technology for earthcontact parts of agricultural machinery at home and abroad from five aspects of surface modification, surface modification, electroosmosis, mechanical adhesion reduction, and thermal adhesion reduction. Compared to the research status abroad, it was found that the current domestic agricultural machinery soil contact parts adhesion reduction and desorption technology was lacking comprehensive research on soil adhesion mechanism as well as high accuracy test equipment. It was concluded that the future development direction of the technology was to strengthen interdisciplinary integration, strengthen the research of soil viscosity reduction technology, and strengthen the development of multiparameter testing equipment. At the end of the paper, the future development direction of the technology is to strengthen the interdisciplinary integration, strengthen the research of soil viscosity reduction technology and strengthen the development of multiparameter testing equipment.
