推送式旋齿起膜机构设计与试验

Design and experiment of pushtype helicaltooth filmlifting mechanism

摘要: 针对现有残膜回收机起膜机构易堵塞、脱膜难等问题,设计一种推送式旋齿起膜机构,该机构可同时完成起膜及辅助上膜工作。设计平行四杆结构、旋齿结构、排列方式及间距;构建旋齿运动轨迹方程,分析相邻旋齿轨迹,检验不漏膜条件,确定影响起膜性能的主要因素;分析旋齿与输送装置作用下膜土混合物的受力情况,确定影响残膜捡拾性能的主要因素为机具作业速度、旋齿起膜机构转速、挂膜输送带与旋齿起膜机构水平距离、竖直距离,根据工作条件确定因素取值范围。设计四因素五水平试验,探究机具作业速度、旋齿起膜机构转速、挂膜输送带与旋齿起膜机构水平距离、竖直距离对残膜捡拾率的影响规律。开展田间试验,利用DesignExpert软件对试验结果进行参数优化分析,并以最优参数组合,进行田间试验验证。试验结果表明,当机具作业速度为1.43 m/s、旋齿起膜机构转速为60.5 r/min、挂膜输送带与旋齿起膜机构水平距离为308.24 mm、竖直距离为91.22 mm时,预测残膜捡拾率为91.8%,实际残膜捡拾率为91.2%,满足残膜回收机具作业要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the existing film lifting mechanism of the residual film recycling machine, such as easy plugging and difficult film removal, a push type rotary tooth film lifting mechanism is designed, which can simultaneously complete film lifting and auxiliary film loading. Design parallel four bar structure, rotary gear structure, arrangement and spacing; The motion track equation of the rotary gear is constructed, the adjacent rotary gear track is analyzed, the main factors affecting the film forming performance are determined, and the film leakage condition is checked; The stress of membrane soil mixture under the action of rotary gear and conveyor is analyzed, and the main factors affecting the performance of residual film picking are determined as the operating speed of the machine, the rotational speed of the rotary gear film lifting mechanism, the horizontal distance and vertical distance between the film hanging conveyor belt and the rotary gear film lifting mechanism. Determine the factor value range according to the working conditions. The four factor five level test was designed to explore the influence of the machine speed, the rotating speed of the rotary tooth film lifting mechanism, the horizontal distance between the film hanging conveyor belt and the rotary tooth film lifting mechanism, and the vertical distance on the residual film picking rate. The field test was carried out, and the parameters of the test results were optimized and analyzed by using DesignExpert software, and the field test was verified by using the optimal parameter combination. The test results show that when the operating speed of the machine is 1.43 m/s, the rotating speed of the rotary tooth film lifting mechanism is 60.5 r/min, the horizontal distance between the film hanging conveyor belt and the rotary tooth film lifting mechanism is 308.24 mm, and the vertical distance is 91.22 mm, the predicted residual film picking rate is 91.8%, and the actual residual film picking rate is 91.2%, meeting the operating requirements of the residual film recovery machine.
