振动式有机肥排肥装置设计与试验

Design and test of vibrating organic fertilizer discharge device

摘要: 蔗田有机肥机械化排施装置是解决甘蔗种植施肥过程中肥料结拱、排肥不均匀、降低成本的有效施肥方法之一。结合有机肥含水率、粘稠度等物理特性,通过对肥料箱与导肥槽内有机肥颗粒进行力学分析,运用Jenike理论,结合肥料颗粒静止与结拱临界条件,进行排肥机构螺旋转轴转速分析与排肥口尺寸计算,并运用SolidWorks对有机肥螺旋排肥装置进行三维建模,对关键结构部件进行受力分析,仿真分析核心连接件的强度刚度,优化排肥装置结构。同时进行样机试制,在样机导排肥机构上耦合电磁场,通过田间试验对有机肥排肥性能进行验证。试验表明:当前进速度为0.25m/s,螺旋叶转速为1.55r/s,电磁振动频率为45.5Hz时,排肥连续率为86.14%,排肥箱内结拱现象降低,甘蔗机械化种植过程中有机肥排肥装置的施肥技术水平提高,对助力推动有机肥机械化施肥技术的进一步推广应用具有重要意义。

Abstract: Mechanized organic fertilizer discharge device in sugarcane field is one of the effective fertilization methods to solve the problem of fertilizer arch, uneven fertilizer discharge and cost reduction during sugarcane planting and fertilization. Combined with the physical characteristics of organic fertilizer such as moisture content and viscosity, mechanical analysis of organic fertilizer particles in the fertilizer box and guide tank, Jenike theory and critical conditions of static and arch of fertilizer particles were used to analyze the rotation speed of the spiral shaft of the fertilizer discharge mechanism and calculate the size of the fertilizer discharge port. In addition, SolidWorks was used to conduct threedimensional modeling of the organic fertilizer spiral drainage device, carry out force analysis on the key structural components, simulate the strength and stiffness of the core connector, optimize the structure of the fertilizer drainage device, and conduct prototype trial production, and coupling electromagnetic field on the fertilizer guide and drainage mechanism of the prototype, and verify the performance of organic fertilizer drainage through field experiments. The tests showed that the forward speed was 0.25m/s, the rotation speed of spiral blade was 1.55r/s, the electromagnetic vibration frequency was 45.5Hz, the continuous rate of fertilizer discharge was 86.14%, the arch phenomenon of fertilizer discharge box was reduced, and the fertilization technology level of organic fertilizer discharge device in sugarcane mechanized planting was improved. It is of great significance to promote the further popularization and application of mechanization fertilization technology of organic fertilizer.
