Development report of China aquaculture wholeprocess mechanization in 2021

摘要: 总结分析中国2021年水产养殖机械化发展概况,主要包括产业发展情况,池塘养殖、网箱养殖、工厂化养殖、筏式吊笼与底播养殖4种主要养殖模式全程机械化发展现状。在此基础上,分析4种主要养殖模式的主要作业环节存在机械化水平整体较低且发展不平衡,技术体系基础薄弱,机械化、信息化、智能化融合不够,高效适用设施、设备保障能力不足等问题,提出推动水产养殖设施装备制造转型升级、建立水产健康养殖全程机械化技术体系、加快绿色实用和高效智能装备的示范应用等建议。

Abstract: The paper summarized and analyzed the development situation of aquaculture mechanization in China in 2021, mainly including the development of aquaculture industry, the development status of wholeprocess mechanization of four main aquaculture modes, such as pond aquaculture, cage aquaculture, factory aquaculture, raft cage and bottom sowing aquaculture. On this basis, we analyzed the main problems in the operation links of the four main breeding modes, such as the overall low level of mechanization and unbalanced development, the weak foundation of technical system, the insufficient integration of mechanization, information technology and intelligence, and the insufficient support ability of efficient applicable facilities and equipment. The countermeasures to promote the development of aquaculture mechanization were put forward as follows: transformation and upgrading of aquaculture facilities and equipment, establishing the whole process mechanization technology system of aquaculture healthy farming, and accelerating the demonstration and application of green, practical and efficient intelligent equipment
