Breakthrough paths for agricultural production digitalization: Research based on agricultural planting industry#br#

农业生产数字化的突破路径——基于农业种植业的研究#br#

Abstract: Promoting digitalization of agricultural production is of great significance for accelerating the formation of new quality agricultural productivity and realizing agricultural modernization. Taking 50 villages in 9 provinces as a case, this paper comprehensively uses index evaluation method and fsQCA method to deconstruct its influencing factors and breakthrough path on the basis of clarifying the development level of agricultural production digitalization. The results showed that the digital development of agricultural production in China was still in the initial stage and showed multidimensional characteristics, and the structure was mainly focused on the digital application of medicine and irrigation and fertilization. The digitalization of agricultural production is the result of combination effect of technology empowerment, institutional empowerment, capital empowerment and villager participation, and the influence of different condition variables on digitalization of agricultural production is interactive. The breakthrough path of digitalization of agricultural production can be summarized into three aspects such as the small‑range economical path of farmers' internal drive; local leading path assisted by government and enterprise; regional symbiosis path built by government, enterprise and people. In order to promote the digitalization process of agricultural production, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to give play to the leading role of enterprises by “subject driving”, optimize and transform the ecosystem by “environment building” and give play to the role of the government by “overall planning”.

摘要: 推进农业生产数字化对加快形成农业新质生产力、实现农业现代化有重要意义。以9省50村为案例,综合运用指数评价法和fsQCA法,在厘清农业生产数字化发展水平基础上,系统解构其影响因素和突破路径。研究发现,我国农业生产数字化发展尚处于起步阶段并呈现多维特征,结构上主要集中在施药和灌溉施肥环节的数字化;农业生产数字化是技术赋权、体制赋权、资本赋权和村民参与组合效应的结果,且不同条件变量对农业生产数字化的影响存在交互性;农业生产数字化突破路径可归纳为农户内驱的小范围经济适用、政企助力的局部领先和政企民共筑的区域共生这3条路径。为推进农业生产数字化进程,提出“主体带动”发挥企业引领作用、“环境营造”优化转型生态圈和“有为统筹”发挥政府作用的对策建议。
