基于作物生长回归曲线的 NFT变距机构优化设计

Abstract:

The NFT(Nutrient Film Technique) cultivation mode is a commonly used technical means for the industrialization of leafy vegetables. In recent years,it can greatly improve the yield and quality of crops,but during the planting period,a large amount of manual labor is still required,resulting in reduced efficiency. This article designs an automatic progressive and variable pitch mechanism based on the growth trend line of cream lettuce. Through MATLAB analysis,the optimal spatial distribution spacing of the mechanism is solved,and the mechanical analysis of the design mechanism is carried out by using SolidWorks to ensure that the strength of the mechanism meets the engineering requirements. By using mechanisms to automatically adjust the spacing of cultivation slots according to crop growth,the labor burden of workers can be reduced,the space utilization rate of factory seedbeds can be improved,and income can be increased. Bench tests are conducted,and the results show that the mechanism can meet the automatic progressive and variable pitch requirements of the cultivation tank,enabling automatic transportation of crops,The accuracy of progressive spacing can reach over 96. 4%,and compared with the traditional fixed spacing cultivation slot model,the space utilization rate can be improved by 14. 2%.

摘要: NFT(Nutrient Film Technique)栽培模式是叶菜类作物工厂化的常用技术手段,其可大大提高作物的产量与品质,但定植期间仍需大量人工,效率低。基于奶油生菜的生长趋势线,设计一种自动递进变距机构,通过 MATLAB分析,解出该机构最优空间分布间距,并利用 SolidWorks对设计机构进行力学分析,确保机构强度符合工程要求。通过机构使栽培槽根据作物生长自动调整间距,减轻工人劳动负担,提高工厂苗床的空间利用率,实现增收。台架试验结果表明:该机构可完成栽培槽的自动递进与变距需求,使作物可实现自动化运输作业,递进间距准确率可达 96. 4%以上,与传统固定间距栽培槽模式相比,空间利用率可提高 14. 2%。
