Abstract: In order to meet the family planting needs of urban residents, an aerosol cultivation family plant factory system was developed. The LED controller was selected as the light source and the manual control system for the environment and was used as the integrated control system for the nutrient solution. The PLC software, touch screen software, and mobile terminal application were designed and developed respectively to realize the monitoring and implementation of equipment control of equipment operation status, environmental factors, nutrient solution factors, and other information of family plant factory. The overall test results showed that the ambient temperature control deviation was less than 0.3 ℃, and the average response speed was more than 1.24 ℃/h. The deviation of CO2 concentration regulation was less than 0.002 4%, and the average response speed was greater than 0.005 2%/h. The average response speed of the nutrient solution temperature control was greater than 1.43 ℃/h, and the control deviation was less than 0.4 ℃. The performance of the system met the design requirements, had high reliability, and could meet the needs of practical application.

摘要: 为满足城市居民的家庭种植需求,开发一种气雾栽培式家庭植物工厂系统。以触摸屏PLC一体机作为控制器,采用LED光源,对营养液循环处理系统、环境调节控制系统、人工光系统进行针对性设计和设备选型;分别进行PLC软件、触摸屏软件和移动终端应用的设计开发,实现对家庭植物工厂的设备运行状态、环境因子、营养液因子等信息的监测与执行设备控制。整体测试结果表明:环境温度控制偏差小于0.3 ℃,平均响应速度大于1.24 ℃/h;CO2浓度控制偏差小于0.002 4%,平均响应速度大于0.005 2%/h。营养液温度控制偏差小于0.4 ℃,平均响应速度大于1.43 ℃/h。系统各项性能均达到设计要求,具有较高的可靠性,可以满足实际应用需求。
