Design and experiment of seedling picking and feeding device for tobacco seedling transplanting machine

烟苗移栽机取投苗装置设计与试验

Abstract: Most of the tobacco seedling transplanters currently in use are semi‑automatic transplanters that manually drop seedlings. In order to improve the efficiency of transplanting and reduce the labor intensity of farmers, a automatic seedling picking and feeding device for tobacco seedling transplanting machine is designed. SolidWorks software is used for modeling and overall design of the seedling picking and feeding device. The finite element software Workbench is used to calculate and simulate the strength of the frame, and conduct the vibration analysis on the process of picking and dropping seedlings. A driving control circuit is designed based on STM32 single chip microcomputer. This device adopts the operation method of interval seedling picking and unfolding seedling feeding, which can achieve automatic seedling picking and feeding. Through the assembly of physical prototypes and field experiments, the results show that the average success rate of seedling picking and feeding reaches 94.9%. This study can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the research and development of automatic seedling picking and feeding devices.

摘要: 目前使用的烟苗移栽机大部分为人工投苗的半自动移栽机。为提高移栽效率、降低农民劳动强度,设计一种烟苗移栽机自动取投苗装置。利用软件SolidWorks进行建模,对取投苗装置进行整体设计。利用有限元软件Workbench对机架进行强度计算和仿真,并对取投苗过程进行振动分析。基于STM32单片机,设计驱动控制电路。该装置采用间隔取苗、展开投苗的作业方式,可实现自动取苗、投苗。通过物理样机的装配和田间试验,结果表明,平均取投苗成功率达到94.9%。为自动取投苗装置的研发提供理论依据和技术参考。
