Research status and development of microwave vacuum drying technology

Abstract:

Compared with other drying methods,microwave vacuum drying has the advantages of fast efficiency and high quality, and is more suitable for the drying processing and production of fruit and vegetable products. This paper systematically summarizes and comments on the status quo of microwave vacuum drying technology at home and abroad, introduces the research status and application characteristics of microwave vacuum drying machinery in detail, and summarizes the related microwave vacuum drying characteristics and kinetic models. In terms of the application of microwave vacuum drying, according to different forms of materials and unique drying requirements, Select the best microwave vacuum drying parameters to improve drying efficiency and retain the best quality of materials. The main problems such as uneven heating of materials,unreasonable device design,inadequate utilization of resources,and difficult control of drying quality of materials are pointed out. On this basis,the future development trend is proposed to optimize the design of drying devices and control the drying process with high and new technology.

摘要:

微波真空干燥相较于其他干燥方式具有效率快、质量高等优势,更适合果蔬产品的干燥加工生产。通过对微波真空干燥技术的国内外现状进行系统的总结和评述,详细介绍微波真空干燥机械的研究现状及其应用特点,并总结相关的微波真空干燥特性及动力学模型。在微波真空干燥的应用方面,根据不同存在形式的物料以及独有的干燥要求,择取最优的微波真空干燥参数,提高干燥效率的同时以保留物料最佳品质。指出目前微波真空干燥存在物料受热不均匀、装置设计不合理资源利用不充分、物料的干燥品质不易把控等主要问题,并在该基础上进行展望,提出干燥装置设计优化、运用高新技术对干燥过程控制是未来的发展趋势。
