茶叶机械化采摘技术研究现状与展望

Abstract: Chinas tea industry is still a laborintensive industry. Among them, fresh leaf picking consumes a lot of labor, which is the most laborintensive and labortime link in tea production. The mechanized tea harvesting is the only way for my countrys tea development. Starting from the current situation of tea picking in my country, this paper summarizes the tea picking standards and agronomic requirements of machine picking in China. The research and application status, advantages and disadvantages of single tea picking machine, double tea picking machine, riding tea picking machine and tea picking robots are analyzed from the perspective of onetime picking principle and selective picking principle respectively. The problems that restrict the realization of comprehensive mechanized tea picking in my country are analyzed,and the development opinions such as the deep integration of agronomy and agricultural machinery, the combination of basic research and advanced technology, and the improvement of the versatility of tea machinery are proposed in the future related to tea production in China, so as to provide reference for the further research of tea picking equipment in China.

摘要: 茶叶采摘需消耗大量劳动力,是茶叶生产用工量最大、用工时间最为集中的环节,茶叶机械化采收是我国茶叶发展的必经之路。从我国茶叶采摘现状出发,归纳总结我国茶叶采摘标准与机采农艺要求,分别从一次性采摘原理和选择性采摘原理的角度,阐述单人采茶机、双人采茶机、乘坐式采茶机以及茶叶采摘机器人的研究应用现状与优缺点,并分析出制约我国茶叶实现全面机械化采摘所存在的问题,提出我国茶叶生产未来应实现农艺与农机深度融合,基础研究与先进技术相结合,提高茶叶机械的通用性等发展意见,为我国茶叶采摘装备的进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。
