Determination and simulation analysis of material properties of Chaotian pepper mixture

朝天椒混合物物料特性的测定与仿真分析

Abstract: As China is a large pepper producing country, the mechanical harvesting of pepper is gradually replacing manual harvesting, so the key parts of the harvester need to be optimized due to the high rate of mechanical harvesting leakage and the rate of contamination, and the optimization lacks the reference of relevant parameters, therefore, the parameters related to the mixture of Chaotian pepper (cluster Chaotian pepper) harvested by pepper harvesters in Guizhou were measured and simulated, including the material properties of pepper and pepper leaves, the binding force of fruit and fruit stalk, and the suspension speed of pepper mixture. The comparative analysis between the measured and simulated parameters shows that: the binding force between pepper fruit and stalk was 11.54 N, and the binding force between stalk and pepper stalk was 10.11 N; the suspension velocity of Chaotian pepper fruit was 13.37 m/s, the suspension velocity of pepper leaf was 3.71 m/s, and the suspension velocity of pepper stalk was 8.96 m/s, this study can provide a reference for the improvement of the harvesting performance of the pepper harvester and the optimization of the pepper wind separating device.

摘要: 我国作为辣椒生产大国,辣椒机械化收获正在逐步代替人工收获,由于机械采收漏采率和含杂率较高,故此,需对收获机的关键部分进行优化,而优化缺少相关参数的参考,因此对贵州辣椒收获机收获的朝天椒(簇生朝天椒)混合物相关参数进行测定与仿真,包括朝天椒及椒叶的物料特性、果实及果柄的结合力、朝天椒混合物的悬浮速度。通过测定参数与仿真参数的对比分析可知:辣椒果实与果柄结合力为11.54 N,果柄与辣椒茎秆结合力为10.11 N;朝天椒果实悬浮速度为13.37 m/s,辣椒叶悬浮速度为3.71 m/s,辣椒茎秆悬浮速度为8.96 m/s,该研究可对辣椒收获机收获性能的提高和辣椒风选分离装置的优化提供参考。
