家禽智慧养殖从业人员继续教育模式调查分析

Abstract: Under the background of fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the highquality development of animal husbandry, in order to accurately identify the shortcomings in the continuing education methods and methods of smart breeding technology for poultry breeding practitioners, timely improve the teaching mode in time to enhance the ability of poultry practitioners to apply smart breeding technology, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the front line breeding and production management practitioners in the poultry breeding industry, and the urgency of the teaching needs of smart breeding technology in the main production links, the teaching method, the teaching key content, and the production links were investigated and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the demand for intelligent poultry breeding technology was relatively high among practitioners; In the education and training mode, the classification report teaching and field teaching methods were accepted by more people, while the attention and interest in online teaching were relatively low; The focus of continuing education was mainly focused on the use of facilities and equipment in smart breeding, safety matters and practical practices, etc., and the attention of practitioners to the principles of smart breeding technology and the progress of new technologies was relatively low; In view of the production links involved in education and training, practitioners paid more attention to the intelligent control of poultry breeding environment and abnormal behavior monitoring. According to the deficiencies found in the survey results, the education and training mode of poultry intelligent breeding practitioners is further discussed from 5 aspects, and the improvement measures of the continuing education mode of practitioners are given.

摘要: 在全面实施乡村振兴战略和促进畜牧业高质量发展的背景下,为准确辨识对家禽养殖从业人员在智慧养殖技术的继续教育方式方法中存在的不足,及时改进教学模式提升家禽从业人员对于智慧养殖技术的运用能力。对家禽养殖业一线饲养和生产管理的从业人员进行问卷调查,对主要生产环节中智慧养殖技术的教授需求迫切性、教授方式、教学重点内容、生产环节等方面进行调查和数据统计分析。结果表明,从业人员对于家禽智慧养殖技术的需求迫切程度较高;在教育培训方式中,分类报告教授和现场教学的方式为较多人所接受,而对于网络教学的关注度和兴趣相对较低;继续教育内容的关注重点主要集中于智慧养殖中设施设备使用方法、安全事项和实操实践等方面,对于智慧养殖技术原理和新技术的进展,从业人员对其关注度也相对较低;针对教培中涉及的生产环节,从业人员对于家禽养殖环境智能控制和异常行为监测的关注较多。根据调研结果中发现的不足,从5个方面对家禽智慧养殖从业人员教培模式作进一步探讨,给出从业人员继续教育模式的改进措施。
