Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity, difficult manipulation and prominent safety risks in the loading of fresh tobacco leaves in dense baking house, combined with the structure of the dense baking house and the technical requirements of tobacco leaf curing, an inclined rotary tobacco loading machine was designed, which was mainly composed of power platform, lifting device, horizontal moving device, inclined rotary device and PLC control system. Through the analysis of the process of tobacco leaf lifting, the chain lifting mechanism and the oil cylinder lifting mechanism were designed, and their structural parameters were determined. In order to ensure that the machine had good loading and unloading effect, analyses of the motion process of the rotating mechanism and the tilting mechanism were carried out. It was determined that the length of the smokecarrying rod was 650 mm, the distance between the two axes of the smokecarrying rod and the connecting shaft of the bevel gear was 13 mm, and also optimized the design of bevel gears by genetic algorithm. After the tobacco loading test in the dense baking house, according to the test results, it had been found that the working performance of the inclined rotary tobacco loading machine was reliable and stable, the average success rate of tobacco loading was 96.7%, and the average damage rate of tobacco was 7.8%. The research results can provide reference for the study of intelligent tobacco loading machine in dense baking house.

摘要: 针对密集烤房鲜烟叶装炕劳动强度大、用工难、安全隐患突出等问题,结合密集烤房结构和烟叶烘烤技术要求,设计一种倾斜旋转式装烟机。主要由动力平台、升降装置、水平移动装置、倾斜旋转装置及PLC控制系统构成。通过对烟叶装炕过程的分析,对链条提升机构和油缸举升机构进行设计,确定其结构参数。为保证装烟机具有良好的装烟效果,对旋转机构和倾斜机构运动过程进行分析,得到载烟杆长度为650 mm,载烟杆与锥齿轮连接轴两轴线距离为13 mm,烟夹倾斜角度为23°,并通过遗传算法对锥齿轮进行优化设计。以装烟成功率和烟叶损伤率为评价指标,在密集烤房内进行装烟试验,试验结果表明:倾斜旋转式装烟机工作性能可靠、稳定,平均装烟成功率为96.7%,烟叶平均损伤率为7.8%。研究结果可为密集烤房智能装烟设备研究提供参考。
