Abstract:  Aiming at the problems of a single function, high cost, low efficiency, small popularization, and promotion of the vehiclemounted pruning machinery for the central separated green belts of highway in my country,and based on the actual needs of highway greening maintenance projects, and reference of domestic and foreign hedge trimming technology, a hedge trimmer with synchronous top and side trimming was designed. This model was powered by a fourwheel tractor, whose functions included lifting the cutter, avoiding obstacles, cleaning residual branches and leaves, angle adjustment, and clutch operation. This machine could trim the central separated green belt in one round trip operation. The test showed that when the crank spindle speed was 628 r/min, the average speed of the cutter was 1.67 m/s, green belt effective trimming width was 0-1 500 mm, and trimming height was 0-1 500 mm. Additionally, the operating speed was 4-5 km/h, and the cutting frequency of the cutter was 600-650 times/min. The trimming effect was best, and the results showed that this machine meets the needs of pruning and maintenance of the central separated green belt of the expressway. It provides a new solution for further research and performance improvement of green belt pruning equipment. This machine has definite promotion value. The design also has reference significance.

摘要: 针对我国高速公路中央分隔绿化带车载式修剪机械功能单一、成本高、效率低、普及推广量小等问题,结合高速公路绿化养护工程实际需要,借鉴现有绿篱修剪机技术,研制出一种顶侧部同步修剪的绿篱修剪机。该机型以四轮拖拉机为动力,具有切割器的升降、避障、残枝残叶清扫、角度调节及离合操作等功能,整机一次往返作业即可完成中央分隔绿化带的修剪工作。试验表明,曲柄主轴转速为628 r/min时,切割器平均速度1.67 m/s,绿化带有效修剪宽幅0~1 500 mm,修剪高度0~1 500 mm,作业速度在4~5 km/h,切割器往复切频次在,600~650次/min的范围内修剪效果最佳。该机各项性能指标满足高速公路中央分隔绿化带修剪养护需要,为绿化带修剪设备的进一步研发与推广提供一种新的解决方案,具有一定的推广价值,对于同类修剪设备的设计也有借鉴意义。
