基于区块链的香菇可信溯源模型优化研究

 Research on optimization of trusted traceability model of shiitake mushroom based on blockchain

摘要: 在香菇产品供应链中,由于环节众多而复杂,并要求高水平的食品质量安全监管,这导致信息传输的冗余和追溯系统内查询效率的低下。为解决传统香菇溯源系统中出现的问题,提出一种利用区块链技术的香菇质量安全可信溯源解决方案。对香菇供应链从溯源角度实行各流程分析,对其中的溯源信息和产品信息筛选整理,设计基于区块链的香菇质量安全溯源方案;基于此,利用区块链技术构建香菇质量安全溯源模型,应用供应链环节多主链的存储模式和数据快速查询模型并且设计相符合的智能合约;并对所提出的模型进行验证分析。结果表明,在使用区块链测试工具Caliper下,建立对比试验环境进行对比测试,根据使用数据量不同的情况,当供应链中的数据量足够多时,溯源模型的溯源查询效率、数据吞吐量均相较于传统溯源模型有较大的提升。以上所提出的区块链溯源模型应用到食用菌香菇产业,能够实现香菇供应链信息安全传递和快速溯源。

Abstract:  In the supply chain of mushroom products, due to the numerous and complex links, and it requires a high level of food quality and safety supervision, which leads to the redundancy of information transmission and low query efficiency in the traceability system. In order to solve the problems in the traditional mushroom traceability system, a credible traceability solution for mushroom quality and safety by using blockchain technology was proposed. Firstly, the process analysis of the mushroom supply chain from the perspective of traceability is carried out, and the traceability information and product information are screened and sorted out, and the quality and safety traceability scheme of mushroom based on blockchain is designed. Based on this, the blockchain technology is used to construct the quality and safety traceability model of shiitake mushroom, and the storage mode and data fast query model of multi‑main chain in supply chain are applied to design the corresponding intelligent contract. Finally, the proposed model is verified and analyzed, and conclusions are drawn. The results show that under the use of the blockchain test tool Caliper, a comparative experimental environment is established for comparative testing. According to the different amount of data used, when the amount of data in the supply chain is sufficient, the traceability query efficiency and data throughput of the traceability model are greatly improved compared with the traditional traceability model. The blockchain traceability model proposed above is applied to the edible mushroom industry, which can realize the information security transmission and rapid traceability of the mushroom supply chain.
