Analysis on the influencing factors of farmers willingness to implement solar house renovation based on LogitISM model

摘要: 农户将传统民房改造为光伏房屋,不仅可以优化农村家庭能源消费结构体系,提升人居生活质量,也有利于农村绿色发展。基于山东省726份农户调研数据,先借助Logit模型确定影响农户光伏房屋改造行为实施意愿的显著影响因素,然后在此基础上运用ISM模型分析各影响因素之间的逻辑关系与层次结构。结果表明:环保行为态度、光伏福利认知、家庭年均收入水平、光伏绿色补贴、文化程度、组织情况以及光伏技术支持体系7个因素是影响农户光伏房屋改造意愿的显著因素。其中,环保行为态度是表层直接因素,光伏福利认知、家庭年均收入水平和光伏绿色补贴是中层间接因素,文化程度、组织情况和光伏技术支持体系是深层根源因素。最后,提出提高农户认知水平、加大光伏能源宣传力度、完善绿色能源补贴政策和建立健全光伏技术支持体系等政策建议。

Abstract: The transformation of traditional houses into photovoltaic houses by farmers not only optimize the rural household energy consumption structure system and improve the living quality but is also conducive to the green development of rural areas. Based on 726 survey data of farmers in Shandong Province, the Logit model was used to determine the significant factors that affect farmers willingness to implement solar house renovations. The ISM model was then used to analyze the logical relationship and hierarchical structure between the significant influencing factors.The results showed that seven factors have significant impacts on farmers willingness to implement solar house renovation behavior, including environmental behavior attitude, solar welfare awareness, annual household income, green solar subsidies, education level, organizational status, and solar technology support system. Among them, environmental behavior attitude is a surface factor. Solar welfare awareness, the annual household income, and green solar subsidies are the middle layer indirect factors. Education level, organizational status, and solar technology support system are deeprooted causes. Finally, the research put forward policy recommendations such as improving the farmers awareness level, improving solar energy publicity, announcing green energy subsidy policies, and establishing solar technology support systems.
