碳中和愿景下异质性农户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿研究#br# ——基于西部典型农牧区对比分析#br#

摘要: 提高农户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿是推进农业绿色低碳发展的关键。基于西北典型农牧区454份农户调查问卷,区分为种植户和牧户,运用有序Probit模型对两种类型农户的绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿及影响因素进行实证分析,得出以下结论:研究区种植户和牧户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿存在差异,“低意愿”种植户为9.5%,“高意愿”种植户为71.48%,“低意愿”牧户为14.76%,“高意愿”牧户为70.47%,说明牧户的技术采纳意愿低于种植户,且两种类型农户的意愿普遍不是很高。年龄、务农年限和成本预期对种植户和牧户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿均有显著影响;但两种类型农户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿的影响因素也存在明显差异,文化程度、技术培训、生产交流以及政策了解度显著影响种植户技术采纳意愿,生计分化、牧道便捷度以及信息传播力度显著影响牧户技术采纳意愿。对此,提出区分不同类型农户,制定合理化、差异化鼓励措施;加大财政支持力度,加快技术研发进程等对策建议,以期提高异质性农户绿色生态农业技术采纳意愿,助推“双碳”目标的实现以及乡村振兴战略的实施。

Abstract:  Increasing farmers willingness to adopt green ecological agriculture technologies is the key to promoting green and lowcarbon agricultural development. Based on 454 questionnaire responses from farmers in typical farming and pastoral areas in northwest China, they are divided into growers and herdsmen. The ordered probit model was used to conduct empirical analysis on the willingness and influencing factors of the two types of farmers to adopt green ecological agriculture technologies, and the following conclusions are drawn: There were differences in the willingness to adopt green ecological agriculture technologies between growers and herdsmen in the study area. The “low willingness” growers were 9.5%, the “high willingness” growers were 71.48%, the “low willingness” herdsmen were 14.76%, and the “high willingness” herdsmen were 70.47%. This showed that herdsmens willingness to adopt technologies was lower than that of growers, and the willingness of the two types of farmers was generally not very high. Herdsmans willingness to adopt green ecological agriculture technologies had a significant impact. However, there were also significant differences in the factors affecting the willingness to adopt green ecological agriculture technologies for the two types of farmers. Educational level, technical training, production exchanges, and policy understanding significantly affected the adoption of technologies by growers while difference in livelihoods, convenience of pastoral roads, and intensity of information dissemination significantly affect herders willingness to adopt technologies. In this regard, it was proposed to differentiate between different types of farmers, formulate rational and differentiated incentive measures such as increase financial support, speed up the process of technological research and development, and other countermeasures, in order to increase the willingness of heterogeneous farmers to adopt green ecological agriculture technology and promote ‘dual carbon’ goals and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
