 A survey on the current status of blended teaching in engineering courses at agricultural higher vocational colleges

Abstract:

To promote the sustainable development of the blended teaching model, explore the collaborative mechanism among government, enterprises, and schools in talent cultivation, and enhance the quality of vocational education, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current status of blended teaching in the courses of the modern agricultural equipment application technology program at Jiangsu Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College. It can be seen that in engineering courses, blended teaching faced challenges such as uneven student backgrounds, heavy pre-class self-learning workload, high difficulty in reinforcing knowledge during class, and complex evaluation indicators. To better achieve the reform of blended teaching, it is necessary to further improve the online learning detection, recording, feedback, and evaluation processes. By combining the feedback and evaluation results, learning plans should be “customized” according to the characteristics of students, so as to enhance student's ability in autonomous learning and operational adaptability. In the process of education evaluation and analysis, the learning characteristics of students should become the key indicator, and the effectiveness of how students' learning characteristics influence the practice of course knowledge learning should be scientifically analyzed. The application of the blended teaching evaluation indicator system can strengthen the educational guidance ability of the blended teaching model and enhance the education analytical capacity of the blended teaching evaluation system.

摘要:

为促进混合式教学模式持续发展,探索政企校协同育人机制,助力职业教育提质升级,对江苏农林职业技术学院现代农业装备应用技术专业课程混合式教学现状进行问卷调查。调查发现,江苏农林职业技术学院工科类专业课程混合式教学存在学生基础参差不齐、课前自主学习强度大、课中知识强化难度高、评价指标错综复杂等问题。为更好地实现课程混合式教学模式的改革,需进一步完善线上学习检测、记录、反馈与评价过程,结合反馈与评价结果、针对学生自身特点实现学习方案的“私人定制”,使学生主动学习技能的能力以及操作适应能力获得提升,在教育评价分析的过程中以学生的学习特点为重点指标,对课程知识学习实践中学生学习特点的影响效力进行科学分析,基于混合式教学评价指标体系的运用,增强混合式教学模式的教育引导能力与混合式教学评价体系的教育分析能力。
