秸秆颗粒燃料胡椒熟化蒸汽发生器优化设计与试验

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high discharge, short single feed combustion time, and low automation level of the steam generator used for pepper ripening, the steam generator for pepper ripening was optimized and designed. Based on the analysis of the steam consumption, temperature control, and gas production rate requirements for pepper ripening, the funnel capacity of the feeding mechanism, the size of the pushing auger, and the blowing rate were optimized and designed. The feeding mechanism was modeled by using vistual simulation software, and the relevant parameters and hardware models were determined through modal analysis. The experimental results show that the improved steam generator can sustain combustion for more than 40 min with a single feed, and the temperature fluctuation of the produced steam does not exceed 4.17%. The improved steam generator performs better when applied to pepper ripening machines, with a stable ripening qualification rate of over 98.3%. The yearonyear change in air intake and feed volume effectively reduces the emission of pollutants and improves energy efficiency. The research results have certain reference value for improving the thermal efficiency and reducing emissions of steam generators, and also provide a reference basis for the automation development of pepper processing production lines.

摘要: 针对胡椒熟化配套用蒸汽发生器低效高排、单次进料燃烧时间短以及自动化程度低等问题,对胡椒熟化蒸汽发生器进行优化设计。基于胡椒熟化配套用蒸汽量、温控及产气速率需求分析,对进料机构的漏斗容量、推进绞龙尺寸、鼓风量等进行优化设计;结合虚拟仿真软件对进料机构进行建模,通过模态分析确定相关参数与硬件型号。试验结果表明,改进后的蒸汽发生器一次进料可持续燃烧40min以上,生产的蒸汽温度波动不超过4.17%;改进后的蒸汽发生器适配胡椒熟化机后效果更好,熟化合格率稳定在98.3%以上;进风量与进料量同比改变,有效降低污染气体的排放,提高能效。对蒸汽发生器提高热效率,降低排放具有一定参考价值,也为胡椒加工生产线自动化发展提供参考依据。
