智慧设施农业装备人才培养模式研究与实践——以北京市为例

Abstract:  Facility agriculture in Beijing has developed from mechanization and automation to intelligence, which presents new requirements for literacy education, professional knowledge and skills. There were some outstanding issues in professional talent training, such as unclear positioning, unclear core skills, and weak professional adaptability. The facility agriculture and equipment major of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture aimed at improving the adaptability of professional personnel training. We innovated and implemented the “12340” talent training mode based on the achievement oriented education concept. We also scientifically constructed the curriculum system with professional ability as the core. And we deeply promoted the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, through creating in order to an integrated industry university research and education platform, and cultivating students professional knowledge, skills and innovation and entrepreneurship, promote the organic connection between talent chain and technology chain, and explored a new mode of talent training.

摘要: 北京地区设施农业由机械化、自动化向智慧化方向发展,对专业人才需求的素养、通识能力、专业知识与技能提出了新要求。专业人才培养存在的定位不够清晰、核心技能不够明确、专业适应性不强等突出问题。北京农业职业学院设施农业与装备专业,以提升专业人才培养适应性为目标,基于成果导向的教育理念,创新并实施“12340”人才培养模式,通过科学构建以职业能力为核心的课程体系,深入推进产教融合校企合作,打造一体化产学研育人平台,培养学生的专业知识、技能和创新创业能力,促进人才链与技术链有机衔接,探索出一种人才培养新模式。
