Optimization and test of rotary tillage cotton sealer

Abstract: In order to further study the influence of the operating parameters of the rotary tillage cotton sealer on its soil taking amount, and then find out the optimal combination of operating parameters to meet the requirements, the secondary rotation orthogonal combination test was carried out with the operating speed of the rotary tillage cotton sealer, the rotation speed of the cutter shaft, the penetration depth of the rotary tillage cutter and the number of rotary tillage cutters with a single cutter head as the experimental factors and the crosssectional area of the soil sealing belt as the response value, the mathematical model between each factor and the crosssectional area of the soil sealing zone is constructed, and the interaction of each factor is analyzed in combination with the response curve, select the optimal operation parameters combination: The operating speed is 0.9 m/s, the rotation speed of the cutter shaft is 170 r/min, the depth of the rotary cultivator is 90 mm, and the number of the single rotary cultivator is 8. Field validation tests showed that the combination had the highest working efficiency, with a working speed of 0.9 m/s, a tool shaft rotation speed of 170 r/min, a depth of 90 mm, and 8 single rotary tiller blades. The average crosssection area of the soil sealing zone was 9 844.39 mm2, which was significantly improved compared with that before optimization. It shows that the optimized calculation of operation parameters of the device is accurate and reliable.

摘要: 为进一步研究旋耕式棉花封土机作业参数对其取土量的影响,进而找出满足要求的最优作业参数组合。以旋耕式棉花封土机作业速度、刀轴转速、旋耕刀入土深度、单个刀盘旋耕刀数量为试验因素,封土带截面面积为响应值,进行二次旋转正交组合试验,构建各因素与封土带截面面积之间的数学模型,并结合响应曲面对各因素交互作用进行分析,选出最优作业参数组合:作业速度0.9 m/s,刀轴转速170 r/min,旋耕刀入土深度90 mm,单刀盘旋耕刀数量8把。田间验证试验表明,作业速度0.9 m/s,刀轴转速170 r/min,旋耕刀入土深度90 mm,单刀盘旋耕刀数量8把,此组合工作效率最高,且封土带截面面积平均值为9 844.39 mm2,较优化前有显著提升;表明该装置作业参数的优化计算准确可靠。
