小型秸秆圆捆机喂入机构的设计与试验

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of clogging that often occurs in the traditional small straw round baler baling operation, this paper combines the requirements of the baling and designs a new type consisting of a front feeding pair roller, a rear squeezing pair roller, and a guard plate. Using rice stalks as the experimental material, the feeding mechanism adopts a 3factor 5horizontal orthogonal rotation design method for experimental research and analyzes the distance between the front feeding pair rollers and the rear squeezing pair rollers, and the squeeze inclination angle pair. The experiment shows that the current feeding pair roller spacing is 50 mm, the rear extrusion pair roller spacing is 22 mm, and the extrusion inclination angle is 19°. The feeding mechanism can effectively reduce the problem of blockage of small straw round baler. The mechanism appears to meet the daily bundling demand. This research can provide a reference for the structural design of the round baler.

摘要: 针对传统小型秸秆圆捆机打捆作业时经常会出现堵塞的问题,结合打捆要求,设计一种由前置喂入对辊、后置挤压对辊和护板组成的新型喂入机构,并以稻秆为试验原料,采用3因素5水平正交旋转设计方法进行试验研究,分析前置喂入对辊的间距、后置挤压对辊的间距以及挤压倾角对秸秆喂入性能的影响,试验表明当前置喂入对辊的间距为50 mm、后置挤压对辊的间距为22 mm、挤压倾角为19°时,喂入机构可有效减少小型秸秆圆捆机出现堵塞的问题,满足日常打捆需求。该研究可为圆捆机的结构设计提供参考。
