基于模糊PID控制的烘干房温度控制设计

Abstract:  To solve the problem of the long time required for the traditional drying and disinfection of pig transport vehicles, the design of the car drying room, exchange of heat & gas, and controlling the indoor temperature to reach the target temperature have become a key issue. Aiming at the outstanding characteristics of temperature control, such as large inertia and hysteresis, an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm of fuzzy PID is proposed. The algorithm is based on empirical fuzzy control rules to optimize the PID coefficient tuning parameters Kp, Ki, and Kd in realtime and effectively improves the control system. According to the conclusion, it can be seen that the maximum temperature difference between the actual temperature of fuzzy PID control and the target temperature is 2.5 ℃, and the overshoot is 3.5%. While the maximum temperature difference between the traditional PID and the target temperature is 5.1 ℃, and the overshoot is 7.1%. Compared to the traditional PID control, the fuzzy PID has a smaller overshoot, and the response speed is very fast when interfered with by the outside world.

摘要: 为解决生猪运输车传统的晾干消毒所需时间周期较长问题,设计汽车烘干房,以气体热量进行交换,控制室内温度达到目标温度成为关键的问题。针对温度控制具有惯性大、滞后性等突出的特点特性,提出模糊PID的自适应模糊控制算法,该算法依据经验模糊控制规则,实时优化PID系数调教参数Kp、Ki、Kd,有效改善控制系统。根据试验可以看出,模糊PID控制的实际温度比目标温度最大温差为2.5 ℃,超调量为3.5%,而传统的PID与目标温度最大温差为5.1 ℃,超调量为7.1%。模糊PID与传统的PID控制相比较,具有较小的超调量而且在受到外界干扰反应速度也很快。
