Analysis of farmers’ willingness to adopt conservation tillage technology in black land and its influencing factors: Taking the “Lishu pattern” as an example

农户黑土地保护性耕作技术采纳意愿及影响因素分析——以“梨树模式”为例

Abstract:

“Lishu pattern” is a protective tillage technology that uses mechanized operation throughout the planting process to protect the black land by returning straw to the field and covering it. Based on the field survey of farmers in Lishu County, Siping City, Jilin Province, this study uses a binary logistic regression model to analyze farmers willingness to adopt the “Lishu pattern” and its influencing factors. The research shows that 93.06% of farmers are willing to adopt this technology, but only 55.56% of farmers have already adopted this technology, indicating that there is a large space for the adoption of black land conservation tillage technology. The analysis of the regression model shows that the number of the household agricultural labor force, annual household income, household cultivated land area and technical maturity have a significant impact on the farmers willingness to adopt protective farming techniques on the black land, and the interaction, learning and trust between farmers, and government promotion have a positive impact on the farmers willingness to adopt protective farming techniques on the black land. According to this, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: Firstly, to improve the subsidy policy of conservation tillage technology in black land, and increase technology investment. Secondly, to expand effective information dissemination and change passive forms. The third is to strengthen the promotion and provide a complete service system.

摘要:

“梨树模式”是一种在种植过程中全程利用机械化作业,通过秸秆还田覆盖的方法保护黑土地的保护性耕作技术。基于吉林省四平市梨树县农户的实地访问调查,采用二元logistic回归模型,分析农户采纳“梨树模式”的意愿及其影响因素。根据调查得知:已经采取该技术的农户只有55.56%,说明黑土地保护性耕作技术的采用具有较大空间。回归模型的分析表明:农户间的互动、学习和信任、家庭农业劳动力数量、家庭年收入、政府推广以及技术成熟度都对农户黑土地保护性耕作技术采纳意愿有着正向的影响,其中家庭农业劳动力数量、家庭年收入、技术成熟度的影响相对显著;年龄、受教育程度、家庭耕地面积、便捷的信息渠道、政府补贴对农户黑土地保护性耕作技术采纳意愿有着负向的影响,其中家庭耕地面积、政府补贴的影响相对显著。据此提出以下对策建议:一是改良黑土地保护性耕作技术补贴政策,加大技术投入;二是扩大有效信息传播,转变被动形式。三是加大推广力度,提供完整的服务体系。
