Abstract: In order to study the influence of the jet mixer on the spray system during the actual spray operation, the spray bar sprayer online mixing system using the jet mixer was built. The working characteristics of the jet mixing device in the online mixing spray system, such as inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and flow rate were studied by changing the nozzle type, the spray pressure and the total spray volume of the mixed spray system. The results showed that the backflow phenomenon of this system would appear when working parameters of the mixing system could not match the parameters of the jet mixing apparatus. Jet mixing apparatus had a minimum work flow Qmin in the work load. In order to evaluate the uniformity of the online mixing system concentration, we come up with the space variation coefficient. The experimental results showed that the spatial variation coefficient of the online drug mixing system was within 5%.

摘要: 为研究射流混药器在实际喷雾作业时对喷雾系统的影响,搭建应用射流混药装置的喷杆式喷雾机在线混药系统。通过改变喷头型号、喷雾压力和混药喷雾系统的总喷雾量,研究射流混药装置在混药喷雾系统中的工作特性。结果表明,当混药系统的工作参数与射流混药装置匹配不当时,系统的药液管路会出现药液回流现象;射流混药装置在混药喷雾系统中有最小工作流量Qmin;为评价混药均匀性提出空间变异系数这一指标,试验结果表明该在线混药系统的空间变异系数在5%以内。
