Abstract: To perform operations such as shoe repair and artificial fertilization on cows, it is necessary to use a binding frame to lift the cows and bind them to the hooves. At present, there is relatively little public research on the cow positioning frame at home and abroad, and ordinary cow binding methods can easily damage their joints. Therefore, an electric lifting cow binding frame has been designed. The binding frame was composed of a complete frame, neck clamp, binding device, electric lifting mechanism, and anti kick device. The neck clamp was made of hotdip galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 35 mm, and its size was designed based on the height and width of the neck of most adult cows. The lanyard in the binding device was used for binding cattle hooves, and the manual rocking wheel was used to prevent the lanyard from falling off the wheel. The force analysis of the binding device was carried out, and the diameters of the two rotating discs of the manual rocking wheel were determined to be 100 mm and 200 mm, respectively. By calculating the lifting power of the lifting mechanism, the motor power was determined to be 1.5 kW, the speed was 1 400 r/min, the reduction ratio of the reducer was 70, and the diameter of nylon rope was 25 mm. The test results of the prototype showed that the electric lifting guarantee frame for dairy cows could lift 936 kg cows and the lifting height was 25 cm, which could effectively protect the operators.

摘要: 对奶牛进行修蹄和人工授精等操作,需要采用保定架将奶牛提升和牛蹄绑定,然而当前关于奶牛保定架的公开研究较少,且普通奶牛保定方法易损伤其关节,基于此设计一款奶牛电动提升保定架。该保定架由整机框架、颈夹、绑定装置、电动提升机构和防踢装置组成,其中颈夹选用直径35mm热镀锌钢管为主体材料,其尺寸根据大多数成年奶牛脖颈高度及宽度进行设计。绑定装置中套绳用于保定牛蹄,手动摇轮防止套绳脱轮,对绑定装置进行受力分析,确定手动摇轮两转盘直径分别为100mm和200mm。通过计算得到提升机构的提升功率,确定电机的功率为1.5kW,转速为1 400r/min,减速机的减速比为70,尼龙绳直径为25mm。样机试验结果表明:奶牛电动提升保定架可提升936kg的奶牛,提升高度为25cm,能有效保护操作人员。
