双螺旋振动式马铃薯供种装置离散元仿真及优化

Discrete element simulation research and optimization of doublechannel vibration potato seed feeder

摘要: 对丘陵山区马铃薯切块种薯播种机械化程度低的问题,提出一种双螺旋振动式供种装置,通过EDEM仿真试验对切块薯在料斗内输送过程进行研究,并设计正交试验通过响应面法对切块薯振动式供种装置关键参数进行优化,提高供种速率。通过理论分析和仿真试验表明,影响切块薯物料输送效率的因素包括振动装置工作电压、单个轨道螺距以及底面倾角,其中工作电压和单个轨道螺距通过改变物料在螺旋轨道上的运动速度来调整输送速率,而底面倾角通过改变物料分散进入螺旋轨道的速度来提高。通过正交试验和响应面法,得到较优参数:工作电压200V,单个轨道螺距186.626mm,料斗底面倾角为5.075°时,输送速率最高为214粒/min,满足马铃薯切块薯排种器供种需求。该研究为后续丘陵山区马铃薯精量播种技术提供理论参考。

Abstract: In response to the problem of low mechanization of potato block planting in hilly and mountainous areas, a doublehelix vibrating seed supply device was proposed. The EDEM simulation test was used to study the conveying process of the cutting potato in the hopper, and the orthogonal test was designed. The key parameters of the cutting potato vibrating seed supply device were optimized and the seed supply rate was improved by the response surface method. Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments, it was shown that the factors affecting the conveying efficiency of cut potato materials included the working voltage of the vibration device, the pitch of a single track and the inclination angle of the bottom surface. The working voltage and the pitch of a single track adjusted the conveying rate by changing the movement speed of the material on the spiral track, while the inclination angle of the bottom surface was improved by changing the speed of the material dispersed into the spiral track. Through orthogonal experiment and response surface method, the optimal parameters were obtained as follows: working voltage was 200 V, single track pitch was 186.626 mm, hopper bottom inclination angle was 5.075°, and the maximum conveying rate was 214 grains/min, which met the demand of potato seed metering device. This study provided a theoretical reference for the subsequent precision seeding technology of potatoes in hilly and mountainous areas.
