基于EDEM的高速穴播器排种性能仿真分析与试验

摘要: 为探究穴播器转速和种子初速度对穴播器排种性能的影响,对分置式排种系统及穴播器工作原理进行阐述。利用EDEM建立棉种及穴播器的仿真模型,模拟棉种具有不同的初速度及穴播器在不同转速下排种情况,根据运动轨迹曲线、受力变化曲线、速度变化曲线综合分析产生漏播、重播现象的原因。使用Design-Expert进行两因素五水平二次旋转正交组合试验设计,建立评价指标的回归方程,并通过响应曲面分析排种性能。合格率随穴播器转速的增大而先增加后降低,随种子初速度的增大而降低。优化后的仿真参数组合为穴播器转速39 r/min和种子初速度2.4 m/s,最佳优化结果为漏播率3.2%,合格率95.1%,重播率1.7%。台架验证性试验结果表明仿真试验可信,穴播器排种性能满足高速精量播种要求,为新疆地区棉花机械化高速精量穴播技术及发展提供参考。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of hole seeder speed and initial seed velocity on hole seeder seeding performance, the working principles of the split seeding system and hole seeder are described. The cottonseed and hole seeder simulation model was established using EDEM to simulate different initial speeds of cottonseed and hole seeder at different rotational speeds and to analyze the causes of missed seeding and reseeding according to the trajectory curve, force change curve, and speed change curve. A two-factor, five-level quadratic rotational orthogonal test design was conducted using Design-Expert to establish regression equations for the evaluation indexes, and response surfaces analyzed the seeding performance. The compliance rate increased and then decreased with the increase of the hole sower speed and decreased with the rise of the initial seed speed. The optimized parameters were 39 r/min and 2.4 m/s seed initial velocity, resulting in a 3.2% miss rate, 95.1% pass rate, and 1.7% reseed rate. The results of the bench validation test show that the simulation test is credible and the seed row performance of the hole sower meets the requirements of high-speed precision sowing, which can provide a reference for the mechanized high-speed precision hole sowing technology and development of cotton in Xinjiang.
