青皮核桃跌落碰撞分析及脱青皮装置关键部件参数优化#br#

Drop collision analysis of green walnuts and parameter optimization of key components of walnut peeling device

摘要: 为研究青皮核桃跌落与弹簧装置冲击时接触力特性及确定脱青皮装置关键部件最优参数,首先通过试验得出庆阳地区“老核桃”品种材料性能,对所设计的青皮核桃脱皮机弹簧压板装置运用集成方法建立三维模型及网格划分。然后利用跌落试验分析青皮核桃不同高度跌落时青皮破裂情况,结合数值模拟得出青皮产生较多裂纹时其失效应变值。最后模拟青皮核桃从不同高度跌落与不同刚度弹簧压板装置碰撞过程,通过单因素分析,确定影响跌落碰撞时接触应力及最大有效应力的主要因素,结合BoxBehnken Design进行响应面分析得出脱皮机关键部件最优解。压板结构最优参数为弹簧线径1 mm、弹簧中径11.85 mm、跌落高度1 000 mm。通过样机试验,青皮脱净率及核桃破碎率分别为97.08%及16%,脱皮效果较好。

Abstract: In order to study the contact force characteristics and determine the main parameters of green walnut falling and impact on the spring device, firstly, the material properties of “old walnut” varieties in Qingyang area were obtained through experiments. The threedimensional model and grid division of the spring pressing plate device of the green walnut peeling machine were established using an integrated method. Then, the green peel rupture of green peel walnut when falling from different heights was analyzed by drop tests, and the failure strain value of green peel with more cracks was obtained by numerical simulation. Finally, the collision process of green walnut falling from different heights and spring pressing plate devices with different stiffness was simulated. Through singlefactor analysis, the main factors affecting the contact stress and maximum effective stress during falling collision were determined. Combined with BoxBehnken Design, the response surface analysis was carried out to obtain the optimal solution of the key components of the peeling machine. The optimal parameters of the pressing plate structure were the spring wire diameter of 1 mm, the spring pitch diameter of 1185 mm, and the drop height of 1 000 mm. Through prototype testing, the peeling rate and walnut crushing rate were 97.08% and 1.6%, respectively, and the peeling effect was good.
