燕麦差速双层圆筒筛清选装置设计与试验

Design and test on double cylinder screen with different rotational speed in cleaning device for oats

摘要: 针对燕麦联合收获机风机-双层平面振动筛清选装置因脱出物湿度大、含杂率高、易造成筛间堵塞等问题,根据燕麦的物理特性设计一种与离心风机配合使用的差速双层圆筒筛清选装置。该装置通过两层圆筒筛网的差速反转减轻两筛间的堵塞现象,采用筛内助流装置提高作业效率。深入分析燕麦在圆筒筛中的动态运动特性,对双层圆筒筛的结构进行设计。在对圆筒筛转速、有效筛分面积、助流装置参数进行详细分析计算基础上,以坝莜1号燕麦品种为研究对象,选取圆筒筛倾角、圆筒筛转速和风机转速为试验因素,籽粒含杂率和清选损失率为试验指标,进行三元二次正交旋转组合试验。结果表明:当圆筒筛倾角为3°、圆筒筛转速为51 r/min、风机转速为1 403 r/min时,籽粒含杂率和清选损失率分别为2.15%和1.54%。该研究优化双层圆筒筛的结构,提高圆筒筛的清选性能,为燕麦联合收获机清选装置设计提供理论参考。

Abstract: To solve the easy blockage problem in the cleaning devices of the oat combine harvester fan double layer plane causing by high moisture and high impurity content, based on the physical characteristics of oat, a cooperate with centrifugal fan is designed using differential double cylinder screen cleaning device, by double cylinder screen sharing screening pressure, by double cylinder sieve differential inversion can reduce the blocking screen phenomenon, the flow aid device in the screen is used to improve operation efficiency. Conduct an in‑depth analysis of the dynamic motion characteristics of oats within a cylindrical sieve, and based on this analysis, design the structure of a double cylinder sieve. Based on a detailed analysis and calculation of the rotational speed, effective screening area, and flow aid device parameters of the cylindrical sieve, the Bayou 1 oat variety was selected as the research object. The angle of cylinder screen, the rotating speed of cylinder screen and the rotating speed of fan are selected as test factors, grain impurity rate and loss rate of cleaning as test indexes, the ternary quadratic orthogonal rotation combined test was carried out, the results showed that when the angle of cylinder screen was 3°, the rotating speed of cylinder screen was 51 r/min and the rotating speed of fan was 1 403 r/min, the grain impurity content rate and cleaning loss rate were 2.15% and 1.54%, respectively. The study optimized the structure of the double cylinder screen and improved the cleaning performance of the cylinder screen, which provided theoretical reference for the design of the cleaning device of the oat combine harvester.
