核桃壳仁分选技术研究现状与展望

摘要: 壳仁分选是核桃破壳取仁的重要环节,是核桃进行精深加工的基础。对核桃壳仁分选领域中智能分选技术、风选技术、筛分技术和浮选技术的设备研究和应用现状分别进行剖析和总结。核桃智能分选技术具有识别率高的优点,可用于壳仁初步分选后的仁的精选,但由于目前智能分选设备成本较高,在生产中推广应用存在难度;风选技术具有仁损伤小、设备易操作的优点,通过改变设备结构,可达到不同分选效果,在核桃壳仁分选领域应用最为广泛;筛分技术中,筛网一定程度上会损伤果仁,多用于对榨油核桃的壳仁分选;浮选技术中,壳仁分离后需要进行干燥处理,提高了生产成本,目前应用较少。在分析分选技术优缺点的基础上,提出应加强智能分选设备研发和促进不同分选技术间进行技术融合的发展方向,为核桃壳仁分选设备的研制提供理论参考。

Abstract: Shell kernel sorting is an important part of walnut shelling and kernel extraction, which is the basis of walnut deep processing. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current status of research and application of equipment in the field of walnut shell kernel sorting for intelligent sorting technology, wind sorting technology, screening technology and flotation technology, respectively. Walnut intelligent sorting technology has the advantage of high recognition rate, which can be used for the selection of kernel after the initial sorting of shell kernel, but due to the high cost of the current intelligent sorting equipment, it is difficult to popularize the application in the production. Wind separation technology has the advantages of small kernel damage, easy to operate equipment, by changing the structure of the equipment, different sorting effects can be achieved, the most widely used in the field of walnut shell kernel sorting. In sieving technology, the sieve mesh damages the kernel to some extent and is mostly used for sorting the shell kernel of oiled walnuts. In flotation technology, drying treatment is required after shell kernel separation, which raises the production cost and is less applied at present. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the four types of sorting technology, it is proposed to strengthen the research and development of intelligent sorting equipment and promote the development direction of technological integration between different sorting technologies, which provides theoretical references for the development of walnut shell kernel sorting equipment.
