丘陵地区农业机械化率影响因素研究——基于四川省10个典型县(市、区)的质性研究

摘要: 为提升我国丘陵地区农业机械化水平,提高农业综合生产能力,以四川丘陵地区为例,对10个典型县(市)的相关人员进行调研,运用Nvivo12质性分析软件中的主轴编码法和内容分析方法,对调研资料进行提炼和整理,探寻影响四川丘陵地区农业机械化率的主要因素。研究发现:影响四川丘陵地区农业机械化率的主要因素包括自然地理条件、政策方面、市场化因素、农业产业化方面、农机装备水平、农机农艺融合度、劳动力因素及基础设施建设水平八个方面。在19个二级编码中,地形条件、农机社会化服务、农机装备结构及土地耕作条件占比均超过9.93%,属核心因素。基于此,提出需要推动宜机化设施建设与改造,提高设施水平;加大先进农机装备推广应用,提高装备水平;培育现代农机经营服务组织,提高服务水平等建议。

Abstract: In order to enhance the level of agricultural mechanization in hilly areas of China and improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, an indepth study was conducted  in 10 typical counties (cities and districts), using the spindle coding method and content analysis method in Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software to refine and collate the research data and explore the main factors affecting the agricultural mechanization rate in hilly areas of Sichuan province. The study found that the main factors influencing the rate of agricultural mechanization in the hilly areas of Sichuan included eight aspects such as natural geographical conditions, policy aspects, marketoriented factors, agricultural industrialization aspects, the level of agricultural equipment, the degree of integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, labour factors and the level of infrastructure construction. Among the 19 secondary codes, topographical conditions, socialized agricultural machinery services, the structure of agricultural machinery equipment and land cultivation conditions all accounted for more than 9.93% of the core factors. Based on this, suggestions were made to promote the construction and renovation of suitable mechanization facilities to improve the level of facilities,  increase the promotion and application of advanced farm machinery and equipment to improve the level of equipment, and cultivate modern farm machinery management and service organizations to improve the level of services.
